Covid-19 Antigen Rapid Anterior Nasal Swab Test kits

Take nasopharyngeal swab for example.

①Peel off aluminum foil seal from the top of the extraction tube containing the extract- ion tube containing the extraction buffer

② Tilt patient’s head back about 70′ . Insert sterilized swab through the nostril parallel to the palate.

③Gently rub and roll the swab, and leave swab in place for several seconds to absorb secretions.

④Slowly remove swab while rotating it.

⑤Insert the swab specimen into the extraction tube. Roll the swab at least 5 times and leave the swab in the extraction tube for one minute.

⑥Remove the swab while squeezing the sides of the tube to extract the liquid from the swab.

⑦Cover the extraction bube with a dropper tip tightly.

⑧ Transfer 3 drops（approximately 100uL）to the specimen well of the test cassette.

⑨Interpret the test results at 15 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes.

Allow the test, specimen, buffer and/or controls to reach room temperature 15-30℃ (59-86℉) prior to testing

Positive: Two lines appear. One line should always appear in the control line region(C), and another one apparent colored line should appear in the test line region.
NOTE: The intensity of the color in the test line region (T) will vary based on the amount of COVID- 19 antigen present in the sample. So any shade of color in the test region (T) should be considered positive
Negative: One colored line appear in the control region(C).No apparent colored line appear in the test line region.
Invalid: Control line fail to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test device. If the problem persists, discontinue using the test kit immediately and contact with your local distributor.
